Summary

Global Information Security (GIS) protects bank information systems, data, and customer information. It develops security strategies, manages programs, addresses vulnerabilities, and operates a security operations center. Within GIS, IAM ensures appropriate access to resources across diverse environments and compliance requirements.

What you can expect in IAM

Managing and securing user identities is vital to our success. The IAM team collaborates closely with various bank divisions and external partners. This role involves frequent interaction with senior management and stakeholders, working on operational, risk, and project tasks.

The IAM Info Security Controls Specialist will analyze, strengthen, and secure IAM systems, focusing on access certifications and governance. Responsibilities include control analysis, process improvement, policy compliance, and governance reporting, utilizing data analytics and collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with security, infrastructure, compliance, and audit teams; respond to audit and regulatory inquiries.
• Support Quality Assurance activities for access certification campaigns.
• Oversee access reviews, governance programs, and documentation; facilitate training and awareness.
• Maintain control documentation, audit records, and training materials.
• Drive governance for access certifications and revocations.
• Ensure systems meet standards, comply with laws, and align with risk appetite.
• Assist in SDLC processes and testing for access-related changes.
• Develop and maintain processes for access data management.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in identity and access certification in a large organization.
• 3-5 years implementing IAM Cloud controls and solutions.
• Strong data analysis, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with data management, Tableau, SQL; experience with access review tools like SailPoint, Azure AD, ForgeRock, Oracle Access Management, and Cloud platforms is a plus.
