Job summary

Cvent, Inc. is seeking an Enterprise Services Manager to lead our Identity & Messaging team for 5,000+ employees across the US and India.

You’ll own the operational cadence, renewals, audits, and SOC/ISO controls, partnering with the architecture lead to guide Okta migrations and AD integration. This senior, people‑lead role demands 8–10+ years in identity and access management, 2+ years managing a team, and strong cross‑functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years in identity and access management with hands-on Okta in production.
• 2+ years in a people-management or formal team-lead role, including performance management.
• Demonstrated ownership of an operational cadence – renewal calendar, audit cycle, or cross-team program.
• Comfort being the named accountable owner: answering for controls in an audit and making the call.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to influence across organizational boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 3-5 identity and messaging engineers across the US and India.
• Represent Enterprise Services in cross-functional forums and make operational decisions with authority.
• Own the renewal, audit, and compliance calendar across the portfolio; run weekly operations review.
• Lead the identity and access workstreams for acquisitions – Okta migrations, AD integration, lifecycle cutover.
• Own identity-adjacent vendor relationships: renewals, SOWs, escalations.
