Job summary

VDart Inc. is seeking an IAM Consultant to lead Okta-centric identity and access management initiatives in a hybrid setup with on-site work three days per week. The role prioritizes enterprise-grade authentication and integration across systems.

You will bring 7+ years in IAM, 3+ years with Okta, and hands-on experience migrating Entra ID/Azure AD to Okta as architect or lead. Strong SAML/OIDC/OAuth, SCIM, and policy design skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years in identity and access management, with 3+ years hands-on Okta experience building, deploying, and maintaining Okta Workforce Identity Cloud environments.
• At least one completed enterprise migration from Entra ID / Azure AD to Okta as architect or technical lead.
• Deep expertise in SAML, OIDC, OAuth 2.0, SCIM, and directory integration (AD/Entra ID hybrid scenarios).
• Experience operating and administering Okta in production: policy management, app integrations, lifecycle workflows, troubleshooting.
