Job summary

Textron Identity and Access Management team seeks a driven professional to design, implement, and maintain identity solutions across the enterprise. You will work with Entra ID, AD, and cloud resources while collaborating with IT teams to deliver secure access and scalable authentication.

Ideal candidates have strong analytical abilities, hands-on scripting with PowerShell, C#, Python, or Java, and a proven IAM track record.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in Identity & Access Management.
• Experience with Directory Services (Active Directory, AD-LDS, Azure AD, etc.).
• Experience with software development languages such as C#, PowerShell, Python, or Java.
• Experience with relational databases, such as MS SQL or MySQL, and NoSQL databases, such as MongoDB or Redis.
• Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP for managing cloud resources.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub, or other CI/CD tools.
• This position requires access to ITAR-related information; US persons only per ITAR.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain identity-related solutions (authentication, authorization, SSO, MFA, account management).
• Automate Identity development processes with scripts, workflows, or pipelines.
• Manage and configure Identity resources (Entra ID, AD, PingFederate, etc.).
• Research new solutions and technologies to enhance Identity services.
• Collaborate with teams to integrate identity with business applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve identity-related issues and incidents.
• Ensure identity systems comply with security standards and policies.
