Job summary

The Themesoft Inc team is seeking a highly skilled Identity, Authentication and Authorization Architect (IAA) to lead secure design across hybrid and cloud environments. You will guide identity governance and access control strategies for Java microservices, React frontends and mobile apps, with deep expertise in Entra ID, Azure, Okta, and enterprise IAM frameworks.

Qualifications

• Experience designing Identity, Authentication and Authorization architectures for enterprise platforms.
• Proficiency with IAM frameworks, cloud identity services and security protocols.
• Strong knowledge of OAuth/OIDC, SAML, MFA, AS.

Responsibilities

• Design identity-centric workforce security solutions aligned with industry frameworks.
• Review and provide guidance on identity, authentication and access management implementations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to model secure end-to-end identity workflows across cloud and on-prem environments.
• Participate in threat modelling and security design reviews to ensure Zero Trust principles.
• Provide consultations on CIEM, IGA, and privileged access management within hybrid/cloud architectures.
