Job summary

Globalquest Staffing Solutions is seeking an Access Identity Analyst for a contract role in Buffalo, NY. The position is onsite Monday-Thursday with remote work on Fridays, paying $37/hour. You will provision complex myAccess requests and assist in certifications while ensuring SLAs and SOX controls are followed.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting access issues, researching IAM problems, and guiding junior staff, with strong emphasis on accuracy and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Combined minimum of 3 years higher education and/or work experience, including a minimum of 1 year identity and access management experience.
• Very strong analytical skills.
• Very strong problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiar with SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley Act) key controls.

Responsibilities

• Provision more difficult approved myAccess system requests, while adhering to department confidentiality as it applies to user provisioning and/or related projects.
• Assist in application re-certifications.
• Ensure completion of system access requests within required service level agreements, following procedures and processes to completion so requested system access is accurately provisioned.
• Work with Role Engineering or other systems to complete research and trouble-shoot issues.
• Troubleshooting user access-related issues to ensure end users are able to access required applications to complete their job functions.
• Analyze identity and access management issues or problems and make necessary recommendation to management for resolution.
• May assist and provide guidance to less experienced personnel.
• Adhere to all SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley Act) key controls.
• Understand and adhere to the Company's risk and regulatory standards, policies and controls in accordance with the Company's Risk Appetite. Identify risk-related issues needing escalation to management.
• Maintain internal control standards, including timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators as applicable.
