Job summary

Skill is seeking an IAM professional to join a diversified Identity and Access Management team within a leading financial services organization. You will manage user access, ensure compliance, and support security processes in a high-impact environment.

Responsibilities include day-to-day security administration, LOA/RTW processing, advanced service desk support, and contributing to audits and dashboards. ITIL certification and 1–3 years of experience required.

Qualifications

• ITIL certification is mandatory.
• 1–3 years of experience in Security Administration or equivalent.
• Solid understanding of Identity & Access Management concepts.
• Familiarity with IAM tools, OS, directory services, and remote access.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day security admin of systems and user IDs, including creation, deletion, and password resets.
• Process LOA and RTW requests, ensuring timely access removal for terminated personnel.
• Provide advanced support to the service desk for escalated access issues.
• Identify, recommend, and implement improvements to automate security admin processes.
• Notify management of concerns and anticipate escalations.
• Ensure adherence to Security Administration SOPs and update Job Aids as needed.
• Assist on projects meeting regulatory requirements and audits.
• Collect data to support IAM metrics and reporting.

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join a diversified Identity and Access Management (IAM) team. What You’ll Do:

• Perform day-to-day security administration of systems and user IDs, including creation, deletion, modification, and password resets across all supported technologies.
• Process Leave of Absence (LOA) and Return to Work (RTW) requests, ensuring timely and accurate access removal for terminated personnel to maintain robust security.
• Provide advanced support to the service desk, resolving escalated access-related issues that require specialized expertise.
• Identify, recommend, and implement improvement initiatives to simplify and automate security administration processes, significantly enhancing efficiency and accuracy.
• Proactively notify management of any concerns raised by requestors and anticipate potential escalations, ensuring smooth operations.
• Ensure strict adherence to all Security Administration Standard Operating Procedures, notifying management of discrepancies in Job Aids for timely updates.
• Participate in various projects and initiatives, supporting regulatory requirements, audits, and broader access management directives that shape the future of security.
• Collate statistical data as requested to support operational and risk metrics for the Identity and Access Management team, providing valuable insights.

What You’ll Bring:

• ITIL certification is mandatory.
• 1-3 years of experience in Security Administration or equivalent experience.
• Thorough understanding of various Identity & Access Management concepts.
• Working knowledge of identity and access management tools, operating systems, directory services, and remote access technologies.
• Strong customer-centric approach with exposure to handling customer inquiries, particularly in a helpdesk or support environment.
• Excellent customer handling skills.

• Strong organizational skills.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Experience in developing and publishing compliance dashboards.
• Excellent proficiency in spreadsheet software.
