Global Channel Management is seeking an Access Administrator to join our IT operations. The role focuses on creating and managing user accounts in Active Directory and Exchange, provisioning identities, and ensuring data integrity for audits.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of experience with AD, Exchange, and network provisioning. You will handle VPN and network access, respond to tickets, and help minimize impact on user productivity while maintaining compliance.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience as Access Administrator.
• Experience with Active Directory, Exchange, and identity-based provisioning.
• Familiarity with auditing and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage user accounts in Active Directory, Exchange Management Console, and other systems.
• Use Active Directory to set up shared mailboxes, calendars, service accounts, test accounts, and distribution groups.
• Validate approvals and tickets to ensure data accuracy for audits and compliance.
• Provide queue support to ensure timely ticket resolution and minimize productivity loss during security changes.
• Provision VPN, network, and system access; manage access removal.
