Job summary

RWC Group in Tacoma is hiring a Lot Porter/Driver to support the Idealease rental and leasing team. You will keep trucks clean, assist with fueling and prep, and move equipment on our lots, with a flexible four-day work week option.

Candidates should hold a valid license (CDL a plus), be able to work outdoors in all weather, lift up to 50 lbs, and work well in a team. We offer medical, dental & vision, 401K matching, PTO and paid training.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License (CDL a Plus!)
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Ability to sustain prolonged periods of standing, bending, climbing

Responsibilities

• Clean exterior & interior of rental box trucks and semi tractors
• Fuel and prepare box trucks and semi tractors to ensure readiness for our rental & lease customers
• Safely move, organize and stage trucks on our rental lots
• Drive trucks to other rental locations, maintenance facilities and customer sites in our company vehicle
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Keep lot clean of debris and organized for a safe working environment
