Imagine! is seeking staff to support youths with intellectual and developmental disabilities in community activities and daily living. You will use therapeutic principles to enable access to recreation, transportation, and social integration, while maintaining accurate documentation and coordination with care teams.

Responsibilities include ensuring safety, implementing behavior plans, and communicating with families and therapists to promote positive outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel and work in the community.

Responsabilités

• Promotes health, safety, and welfare of participants aged 7-18 with IDD.
• Provide transportation and facilitate participation in community activities.
• Document and report data to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Maintain professional relationships with participants, families, and treatment teams.
• Implement and monitor therapeutic plans and behavior strategies as directed.
