Job summary

Youth Homes in Missoula seeks a Youth Counselor 1 to provide daily care for at-risk youth in a full-time role. You will help maintain a structured home, model positive behavior, and teach essential life skills while coordinating with staff to support youths’ wellbeing.

The position requires working with youth, lifting up to 25 lbs, and mobility to navigate stairs, with a focus on teamwork and safety. Comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

Job description

The Youth Counselor 1is a full time entry level line worker position that provides for the general
care of at-risk youth and manages the treatment milieu and routine within a home. The Youth Counselor 1

is the backbone of our quality of care and treatment for these youth.
