Job summary

Merakey is seeking a Social Services Supervisor in the Hummelstown, PA area to oversee the social services program for individuals with IDD. The role includes supervising QIDPs and Program Specialists, coordinating assessments and IPPs/ISPs, and ensuring service planning and implementation meets regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s (with IDD experience) or Master’s degree (with IDD experience), and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 2 years of direct IDD experience or Master's Degree with 1 year IDD experience.
• Familiarity with state regulations ( Chapters 2380, 6100, 6400, 6500 ) and federal ICF regulations.
• Familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems a plus.
• Demonstrated supervision experience.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of social services program to ensure health, safety, welfare and personal development of those we serve.
• Supervise QIDPs and Program Specialists.
• Ensure timely completion of assessments and IPPs/ISPs.
• Oversee service planning, treatment and implementation of services for residents on campus and in community settings.
• Ensure all documentation related to service delivery complies with applicable regulations.
