Job summary

Tri-County Behavioral Healthcare is seeking a Coordinator of IDD Provider Services to oversee daily operations of ISS sites, including community and residential services. You will liaise with treatment teams to ensure continuity and quality of care across settings and supervise staff and contract personnel.

The role requires travel in-region, on-call duties, and flexibility to support 24-hour care. A HS diploma is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred, with at least two years of disability

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in Social/Behavioral/Human Services or related field.
• 2 years of experience with individuals with disabilities.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to pass physical agility test.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison with treatment teams to ensure continuity and quality of services.
• Waiver Provider Coordinators to ensure assessments, implementation and monitoring of all services.
• Oversee daily operations of 24-hour residential services with staff available to provide services.
• Recruit, select and train employees and contract staff across service areas.
• Conduct Residential Monitoring Assessments/Inspections as assigned.
• Maintain on-call rotation due to 24/7 care responsibilities.
• Hours flexible to support 24-hour care; region travel required.
