Job summary

OneWell Health Care in Santa Clara, CA is seeking an IDD Program Supervisor to oversee daily service delivery and staff support within our IDD programs. This role ensures compliant, person-centered care in line with DDS regulations and Regional Center requirements.

You will supervise field staff, assist with training, monitor service quality, documentation, and incident follow-ups, and provide after-hours support as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in IDD services or direct support roles.
• Experience working with Regional Centers and Title 17 programs.
• CPR and First Aid certification required or ability to obtain on hire.
