Job summary

REM Community Services, a part of the Sevita family, is seeking a Program Supervisor in Wisconsin to support individuals with disabilities. You will oversee a team of Caregivers, coordinate ISP implementation, and ensure high-quality supports in the program.

The role offers an hourly wage of $17.50, flexible full/part-time schedules, and a comprehensive benefits package within a nationwide organization focused on growth and impact.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• One year related work experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance.
• Other licensure or certification where required by regulatory authority.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate ISP implementation and staff oversight.
• Supervise a team of Caregivers supporting individuals in the program.
• Assist with daily activities, meal planning, and personal care.
• Carry out duties across direct support, professional activities, and supervision.
• Facilitate community involvement and transportation to activities.
