Job summary

Sevita is seeking a Program Supervisor for IDD Services in Cheyenne, WY. This full-time role focuses on supervising Caregivers, implementing ISP plans, and handling scheduling and staffing to support individuals in the program.

The position emphasizes direct service alongside administrative duties, with opportunities to facilitate community involvement and transportation support as needed. A high school diploma and 1 year of related work experience are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• One year related work experience.
• Must be 18 years or older and have a valid driver’s license.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to establish rapport and coordinate a team.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate ISP implementation and participate in administrative duties including staff hiring, training, scheduling and oversight.
• Supervise a team of Caregivers supporting individuals in the program.
• Provide support with daily activities, meal planning, medication administration, and personal care.
• Balance direct service delivery with professional/program activities and supervision.
• Assist community involvement through outings or transportation to work and activities.
