Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversees and coordinates the Program Plan for each individual to align with needs and desires.
• Creates positive, collaborative communication with all disciplines and team members.
• Ensures Program Plans and documentation meet regulatory requirements.
• Assist in training staff and monitoring to ensure proper implementation of training and behavior programs.
• Assist individuals in applying for third party benefits such as Medicaid and Medicare.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
