Job summary

Qualifications

• Must pass required background screenings, including criminal history and abuse registry.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with activities of daily living and community participation.
• Administer medications following policy and state regulations.
• Document services accurately in required records, including ISP/IHP/BSP
• Monitor health, safety, and emotional well-being; respond to concerns
• Safely transport individuals to appointments and activities
