Sevita, including Mentor Community Services, is hiring a DIRECT SUPPORT PROFESSIONAL / CAREGIVER for IDD services in Lower Burrell, PA. The role offers a part-time overnight shift (Saturday 11pm–7am) with a pay rate of $16/hour and requires a valid driver's license.

Join a mission-driven team delivering community-based supports, personal care, and developmentally focused assistance while building meaningful relationships with participants and navigating daily challenges together.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal hygiene and support individuals with behavioral challenges and other complex needs.
• Help participants participate in the community and enjoy their favorite activities.
• Support participants with developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
• Develop real, meaningful relationships and provide compassionate care.
