Job summary

Merakey is seeking a licensed practical nurse to provide direct care to adults with IDD on the AVS campus. You will perform clinical assessments, administer medications, manage acute medical events, and support enteral feeding and respiratory therapies across 5 residential buildings and 6 group homes serving 107 residents.

Ideal candidates hold PA LPN licensure, have at least 1 year of LPN experience, and possess a valid PA driver’s license.

Qualifications

• LPN license in PA
• 1 year LPN experience preferred
• Valid PA driver license may be required

Responsibilities

• Perform clinical assessments and administer medications.
• Provide enteral feeding and respiratory care.
• Respond to acute medical events on the AVS campus.
• Care for residents across 5 buildings and 6 group homes (107 residents)
