Merakey AVS seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide direct nursing care to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities on the AVS campus, including assessments and medication administration.

Qualifications

• Current license as an LPN in the Commonwealth of PA.
• One year of experience as an LPN preferred.
• Genuine interest in working with individuals with physical and developmental disabilities.
• A current and valid PA driver's license and reliable transportation may be required.

Responsibilities

• The LPN will work on the AVS campus in a 17-bed facility and provide direct nursing care.
• Administer medications and record seizure activity as needed; perform clinical assessments.
