Job summary

Supportive Concepts for Families is seeking a dedicated ATP Program Specialist in Reading, PA for a full-time role with paid training and DailyPay benefits. The position requires organizing and documenting regulatory paperwork, attending meetings, and ensuring staffing and compliance for ATP across sites.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or 60 credit hours and 4 years direct IDD/Behavioral Health work.
• Bachelor’s degree and 2 years direct IDD/Behavioral Health experience.
• Excellent communication, writing, and math skills.
• Strong organization and detail orientation.
• Team player with person-centered focus.

Responsibilities

• As the ATP Program Specialist, you will perform required paperwork accurately and timely per regulations.
• Produce on-call program notes, daily case notes, and goal documentation.
• Attend all required scheduled meetings and monitor overtime hours.
• Ensure adequate staffing for all individuals and ATP at all times.
• Conduct monthly site inspections and documentation for licensed/unlicensed sites.
• Manage incidents and implement monthly activity schedules for ATP.

What You'll Do

• As the ATP Program Specialist, you will;
• Proper and accurate completion and timely submission of required paperwork as required by State and Federal Regulations
• On call program notes, daily case notes, goal documentation
• Attend all required scheduled meetings
• Monitor overtime and hours worked
• Ensure all individuals and ATP are adequately staffed at all times
• Monthly site inspections and documentations for all licensed sites and unlicensed sites
• Incident Management
• Complete and implement monthly scheduled of activities for ATP

QualificationsRequired

• Associates Degree or sixty (60) credit hours and four (4) years experience working directly with people with IDD and Behavioral Health
• Bachelors Degree and two (2) years experience working directly with people with IDD and Behavioral Health Diagnosis
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent writing, documentation, financial, and math skills
• Excellent organization skills, detail oriented
• Team Player

Preferred

• Experience facilitating person-centered planning meetings
• Experience with quality assurance, compliance, or documentation review processes
• Familiarity with Positive Behavioral Supports (PBS) principles

Schedule

• Full-Time
• Primarily office-based position
• Occasional travel to program locations and meetings
• Flexible scheduling as needed to support ISP meetings and stakeholder participation

Physical Requirements

• Individual must be able to meet physical requirements of the job: sitting at a meeting table or desk, reaching, lifting, bending, standing, stooping, twisting, climbing steps, driving a vehicle, ability to lift, push, and or pull up to thirty (30) pounds.
