Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine in the U.S. is recruiting IDAR Summer Interns (RMW) to be based in Spring House, PA or Raritan, NJ or Titusville, NJ.

The internship runs May to August 2027, full-time (40 hours per week) with 3 vacancies available. Interns will support Regulatory Medical Writing activities for clinical development, learn to prepare and review Investigator’s Brochures, Protocols, CSR summaries, and responses to questions from Health Authorities, while collaborating with

Qualifications

• Completion of Undergraduate Freshman year is required.
• Must be enrolled in an accredited university for the duration of the internship while pursuing a Bachelor’s, Master’s, PharmD, and/or PhD in biological or health-related fields.
• Maintain a cumulative GPA of 3.5 or higher.
• Hybrid schedule with at least three days per week at a NJ or PA location.
• Strong written communication skills and ability to interpret and summarize information.
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support Regulatory Medical Writing activities related to clinical development and regulatory documentation.
• Learn how clinical and regulatory documents are developed to support product development, regulatory approval, and product maintenance.
• Assist in preparation and review of clinical documents including Investigator’s Brochures, Protocols, CSR, and efficacy/safety summaries.
• Review, interpret, and summarize scientific, medical, and statistical information with attention to quality.
