Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is seeking an IDAR Summer Intern (DM CM) to gain hands-on experience in clinical data management and data acquisition within Global Development. The 12-week program runs May–August 2027 and offers exposure to trials, technology platforms, and regulatory requirements.

The internship may assign you to Clinical Data Manager or Data Acquisition Expert-EDC roles, with coaching, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration to support medicines delivery to

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Science or related fields (Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Neuroscience, Pharmacology, etc.).
• Cumulative GPA 3.5+; enrolled during internship; not graduating during internship.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model: 3 days onsite in NJ/PA, 2 days remote.

Responsibilities

• Execute assigned clinical trial activities within the internship scope.
• Follow SOPs, GCP, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with Data Management and cross-functional teams.
• Support process improvement projects and data-related initiatives.
