Job summary

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking an IDAM Engineer to support a long-term DoD Navy program. This role is 100% onsite in Norfolk, VA; San Diego, CA; or Honolulu, HI, focusing on Active Directory, identity management, and automation to ensure platform reliability and security compliance.

The engineer will work with Windows infrastructure, cloud/container tech, and automation to maintain mission-critical Navy systems, with a strong emphasis on patching, STIGs, and secure operations.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience supporting identity management, Active Directory, Windows Server environments.
Active Secret clearance and DoD policy familiarity.

Responsibilities

Administer and troubleshoot Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Windows Server environments.
Support identity management techs including MIM, ADFS, Delinea, and PKI.
Develop automation with PowerShell, Python, and Ansible to improve identity operations.
Support CI/CD pipelines and IaC with modern tooling.
Monitor performance and reliability using Splunk and other tools.
Collaborate with SRE, DevOps, and cybersecurity teams.
