The Office of the Indiana Attorney General invites applications for the Intensive Deputy Attorney General (IDAG) Program. IDAGs assist across legal divisions, accompany attorneys to court, draft briefs, and conduct research in all phases of litigation.
Participants receive mentorship from a Deputy Attorney General, participate in training across Litigation, Appeals, Consumer Protection, and more, and may progress to a Deputy Attorney General role after admission to practice law in Indiana.
The Intensive Deputy Attorney General (IDAG) Program includes project work throughout the legal divisions of the Office of the Indiana Attorney General. The IDAG will work closely with the respective attorneys throughout the legal divisions, to include accompanying them to court appearances, drafting legal briefs, conducting legal research, and participating in all phases of litigation.
