PetVet Care Centers’ Carolina Veterinary Specialists – Huntersville in North Carolina is seeking an ICU Weekend Registered Veterinary Technician to join our 24/7 emergency and specialty hospital. You will provide high-quality patient care, assist during surgeries, and help maintain medical records and equipment.

We offer a sign-on bonus up to $1,000 based on experience, a collaborative culture of care, and opportunities for mentorship and growth.

Qualifications

• Certified Veterinary Technician (CVT), Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT), Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT), or LVMT.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in veterinary care, including emergency and ICU.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Determine animal requirements by examinations, care plans, and diagnostic tests.
• Provide nursing care, administer medications, and monitor vital signs.
• Assist during surgery and procedures and maintain medical records.
• Maintain inventory, supplies, and equipment and ensure clean, safe environments.
