Animal Emergency Clinic of the High Country is hiring an Experienced ICU Veterinary Technician to join our fast-paced ICU team. This is a full-time day shift position (7:00 AM–7:00 PM) with competitive compensation based on experience and skill set.

RVT/CVT credentials are preferred but not required. The role offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities for professional growth within Vetcor’s emergency services network.

Qualifications

• RV T/CVT preferred but not required.
• Experience in emergency/ICU settings preferred.
• Strong nursing and technical skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor multiple hospitalized patients in ICU.
• Perform frequent patient assessments and monitor vital signs.
• Place IV catheters and perform venipuncture and blood collection.
• Administer IV medications, fluids and treatments as directed.
• Document patient assessments, treatments and responses to care.
• Provide compassionate nursing care during hospitalization.
• Assist veterinarians with emergency treatments and procedures.
