Job summary

Holland Hospital is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the ICU/TU to join our night shift team in Holland, MI. The RN will coordinate patient-centered care, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and lead nursing activities to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited RN program, current Michigan RN license (or by end of orientation), and BLS certification. Preference for CCRN/ CNOR and 2 years in critical care. Sign-on bonus applies.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited Registered Nursing Program required.
• Current Michigan RN License (or completed by end of orientation) required.
• Current BLS for the Healthcare Provider (or completed within 60 days of hire) required.
• CCRN/CRN/CNOR/CEN or similar certifications preferred.
• 2 years RN experience in selected ICU/TU area preferred.
• Experience with electronic patient documentation systems preferred.
• Bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care coordination in ICU/TU.
• Lead and delegate tasks within the nursing team.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to achieve outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with ANA standards and hospital policies.
