TempForce Nursing Collab at Vanderbilt University Medical Center is seeking RNs for 13- to 26-week assignments in the Surgical ICU units at Vanderbilt University Hospital in Nashville, TN. The Staffing Collaborative provides a new, patient-focused approach with premium pay and flexible shifts.

RNs float across units to meet staffing needs. Shifts include Day 7a–7p at $65/hr and Night 7p–7a at $75/hr, with typical 36–40 hours per week and health benefits via Temp Force.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse required.
• 1 year ICU RN experience.
• Preferred 2+ years ICU RN experience.
• BLS, ACLS and PALS certifications required.

Responsabilités

• Collaborates in establishing the plan of care, coordinates and implements care delivery while anticipating patient care needs across the continuum.
• Analyzes comprehensive information pertinent to the patient's care and management to determine nursing diagnosis.
• Continuously utilizes the nursing process to evaluate patient's progress towards goals and applies appropriate interventions to ensure effective outcomes.
• Employs strategies to promote health and a safe and healthy environment.
