Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel ICU RN in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin. This assignment runs 13 weeks with 48 hours per week, 12-hour nights, in a travel role.

Ideal candidates hold an active RN license, a nursing degree from an accredited program, BLS and ACLS, and at least 18 months of recent ICU experience. Benefits include weekly pay, housing options, and comprehensive credentialing support.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• Degree from accredited nursing program.
• BLS and ACLS certification.
• 18 months of recent experience in an Acute Care ICU setting.
• Other requirements to be determined by client facility.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care and educate family.
• Maintain life-support equipment (ventilators, tubes).
• Monitor heart rate, blood pressure, and respiration; administer meds, IVs, and catheters.
• Meticulous medication documentation.
• Assist in emergency nursing procedures.
• Perform CPR accurately and effectively.
