Job summary

American Traveler is seeking an ICU RN for a 13-week night shift assignment in Milton, MA. Active MA RN license and 2–3 years ICU experience are required. The role features a 12-hour night shift (36 hours/week) with every other weekend, and float coverage to PACU, step-down, and ED.

Epic EMR experience is required, with orientation testing on day one and vaccine requirements noted. Benefits include housing support, travel and licensure reimbursements, and day-one insurance options.

Qualifications

• Active MA RN license is required
• CPR-AHA and ACLS-AHA certifications required
• 2-3 years of ICU work experience required
• Ventilator management, vasoactive and sedation titration, hemodynamic monitoring, and cardiac dysrhythmia recognition and management required
• Post-STEMI care experience required
• CCRN certification preferred

Responsibilities

• ICU unit within a hospital setting
• 12-hour night shift, 36 hours per week
• Every other weekend required
• Float to PACU, step-down, and ED for holding patients
• Epic EMR experience required
• Must pass Tele/ECG and Medication tests on Day One of orientation
• No more than one holiday time off request will be accepted
• Vaccines include COVID and Flu with medical exemptions allowed
• Previous BILH employees must complete a 6-month break before returning to any BILH facility
• No separation period required from BILH for this winter staffing need
• Candidates must reside within 50 miles radius; local candidates not accepted
