Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel ICU RN for a 13-week assignment in Baltimore, MD. You will work 36 hours per week on 12-hour shifts, providing comprehensive critical care in a high-acuity ICU environment.

The ICU RN will monitor patients, manage life-support equipment, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safety and quality care. Start date is 11/09/2026; BLS/ACLS required, CCRN preferred.

Qualifications

• One year of recent ICU RN experience is required.
• Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor critically ill patients and respond to status changes.
• Administer complex medications and treatments per ICU protocols.
• Operate advanced life support equipment and monitor hemodynamics.
• Document assessments and interventions accurately for continuity of care.
• Educate patients and families about ICU care and recovery expectations.
