Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Nursing is seeking an ICU RN for a 13-week travel assignment in Peoria, Illinois. The ICU RN will provide comprehensive critical care, monitor patients, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Requirements include one year of ICU experience, valid RN license, and current BLS/ACLS certifications. Preferred CCRN/TNCC/ NIHSS certifications may be considered.

Qualifications

• One year of recent ICU RN experience.
• Valid RN license per state regulations.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor critically ill patients and respond to changes in condition.
• Administer complex medications and treatments per critical care protocols.
• Operate and manage advanced life support equipment in ICU settings.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort in high-acuity environments and document care.
• Record assessments, interventions, and patient responses in the medical record.
