Qualifications

• Active RN license required
• Degree from accredited nursing program
• BLS & ACLS certification required
• At least 18 months recent experience in an Acute Care ICU setting

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care and educate family
• Ensure life support equipment is functioning
• Monitor vitals for distress signs
• Administer medications and IVs; insert catheters as needed
• Meticulous documentation of medication administration
• Assist in emergency nursing procedures to control changes
• Perform CPR accurately and effectively
