Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a ICU Travel RN for a 13-week assignment in Dubuque, IA. The ICU nurse will assess, monitor, and manage critically ill patients, operate life-support equipment, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a high-acuity setting.

Required are ICU RN experience, valid RN license, and BLS/ACLS certifications; CC RN and advanced certifications are preferred. Travel benefits and supportive clinical staff are provided.

Qualifications

• One year of recent ICU RN experience.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Valid RN license per state regulations.

Responsabilités

• Assess and monitor critically ill patients in the ICU.
• Administer complex medications and treatments.
• Operate life-support equipment.
• Document patient status and interventions in medical records.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize care.
• Provide patient and family education about ICU care and expectations.

Connaissances

ICU experience as RN
