Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Travel ICU RN for a 13-week assignment in Mason City, IA. The ICU RN will provide critical care, monitor patients, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safety and high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• One year of ICU RN experience.
• Valid RN license per state regulations.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor critically ill patients; respond to changes.
• Administer complex medications and treatments per ICU standards.
• Operate life support equipment.
• Document assessments and patient responses.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize care.
• Maintain infection control and safety protocols.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
