University of Kentucky Healthcare in Lexington, KY is seeking an RN for the 7P Trauma ICU. The role involves delivering patient-centered care during three 12-hour night shifts per week, assessing and planning care, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Ideal candidates hold an ADN and Kentucky RN license with BLS; experience is not required. Expect to meet safety standards and participate in ongoing patient care improvements in a high-acuity environment.

Formación

• ADN required and KY RN licensure.
• No prior experience required.
• Active Kentucky RN license or equivalent and BLS (AHA) valid for 6+ months.
• May require pre-employment screenings.

Responsabilidades

• Provide total, comprehensive, patient-centered nursing care.
• Assess, document, plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Deliver direct patient care and ensure patient satisfaction.
• Train and delegate duties to Nursing Care Technicians.
• Adhere to University policies and local regulations; collaborate with physicians.
