Job summary

Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice. (compact licenses must transfer within 60 days)
• BLS for healthcare providers.
• BSN required within four years of hire date if RN with less than 12 months of experience.

Responsibilities

• Assess physical, social, and psychological status and information from interdisciplinary team.
• Plan individualized plan of care with patient and family involvement.
• Implement and coordinate care with the care team and resources.
• Evaluate patient responses and revise the plan as needed.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation and uphold professional standards.
