Job summary

Qualifications

• Cardiac telemetry monitoring under RN supervision.
• Ability to identify rhythm abnormalities and report promptly.
• Proficient in documenting patient data accurately.
• BLS certification preferred; SRNA/CNA/EMT/LPN/Paramedic are preferred backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Under RN supervision, perform telemetry monitoring.
• Continuously monitor cardiac rhythms and vital signs, reporting abnormalities.
• Interpret and document telemetry data per facility protocols.
• Maintain and troubleshoot monitoring equipment.
• Communicate critical changes to nursing staff and care teams.
• Ensure accurate patient data entry and timely documentation.
