Qualifications

• Minimum of one semester of formal nursing education and/or C.N.A. certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care to patients including bathing and feeding.
• Respond promptly to patient call lights and emergencies.
• Assist in admitting patients and orienting them to hospital routine.

Skills

Ability to read, write, speak, hear and comprehend English

Physical, technical and cognitive ability to use patient care equipment

Education

High School plus specialized training (6 months-2 years)
