The role emphasizes compassionate patient care, accurate documentation, and teamwork with the interdisciplinary care team. Ideal candidates hold a CNA certification, a high school diploma or GED, and current BLS/CPR certification or the ability to obtain it promptly.

Qualifications

• Direct patient care under supervision of nurses.
• Assist with ADLs and mobility.
• Observe and document patient status and vitals.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct patient care under the direction of registered nurses.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living, hygiene, nutrition, and mobility.
• Obtain and document vital signs and other patient information.
• Assist with patient repositioning, transfers, and safe mobility.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable patient environment.
• Assist nurses with patient-care activities and procedures.
• Observe patients and promptly report changes in condition.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, nurses, and other team members.
• Maintain patient dignity, privacy, and safety.
• Complete documentation accurately and in a timely manner.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

Pay & Benefits

$18.50 - $29.00 | Differentials for PMs, Nights & Weekend

(Pay is based on experience.)

Salary Information

$18 - $27.5Hourly Wage
