Qualifications

• RN license active in TN or a valid compact state.
• ALS certification must be obtained within 6 months of hire.
• BLS Provider certification must be obtained within 1 month of hire.
• Diploma from an accredited nursing school or equivalent licensure.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage individualized care plans, monitor patient progress, and adjust care as needed.
• Communicate patient updates clearly with physicians and the care team for seamless care delivery.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary care with providers, therapists, and support staff.
• Guide discharge planning to ensure safe transitions from hospital to home or other care levels.
