Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (ADN, Diploma, or BSN). BSN preferred.
• Current Missouri RN license or compact license.
• Required BLS certification; Preferred ACLS, NIHSS, PCCN, or other Stepdown-related certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality care for intermediate‑acuity patients transitioning from critical care.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care based on evidence‑based practices.
