You will engage with patients and families, provide education, and uphold infection control standards while maintaining continuity of care and top-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current Louisiana nursing license to practice.
• BLS certification required.
• ACLS and PALS certifications required.
• Prior ICU/critical care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize, coordinate, and delegate care touchpoints for patients.
• Monitor vital signs and life support equipment.
• Assess complex patient conditions including psychosocial needs.
• Maintain a safe environment and infection control.
• Communicate with patients, families, and care team; educate as needed.
• Collaborate with nursing supervisor to meet patient care needs.
• Support and assist team as required to ensure timely care.
