Qualifikationen

• Current nursing license to practice in Louisiana.
• Current American Heart Association BLS certification.
• Current PALs certification.

• Take the lead: prioritizing, coordinating, and delegating care touchpoints for patients.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure direct patient care.
• Maintain and advocate a safe environment for everyone.
• Monitor and engage with patients, families, and care team regarding significant events or changes.
• Prevent and treat wounds.
• Monitor infection control and environment of care requirements.
• Ensure continuity of care and exceptional patient experience.
• Advise supervisor when unable to complete tasks promptly or safely.
• Initiate patient and family education using appropriate resources.
