Job summary

Mercy Hospital - W Memorial Rd in Yukon, OK is seeking experienced nurses for the ICU Step Down unit (32 beds). This full-time role offers a sign-on bonus up to $15,000 and a schedule of 36 hours per week.

You will care for high-acuity neurological, medical, and surgical patients, collaborate with the care team, maintain an RN license, and participate in advancing Mercy's compassionate mission.

Qualifications

• Must have nursing degree from an accredited school.
• RN license in hiring state and/or compact licensure.
• Basic Life Support certification (American Heart Association)

Responsibilities

• Provide high-acuity nursing care for neurological, medical, and surgical patients on a 32-bed ICU Step Down unit.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to transition patients from ICU and ensure safety and quality of care.
