Freeman Health System in West Virginia seeks a registered nurse for the ICU Step-Down Unit (TCU). This full-time, days shift consists of 36 hours per week.

You will perform continuous assessments, plan and implement interventions, and coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe patient transitions from ICU to Med-Surge. Required certifications within specified timeframes include ACLS, BLS, ASLS, NIH Stroke Scale, CPI, TNCC; Missouri or compact RN license; and annual

Qualifications

• Assesses physical, emotional, clinical, and psychosocial needs with a plan of care.
• Ensures safe and effective patient care with timely interventions.
• Maintains competencies and certifications as required by department.

Responsibilities
