Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate, and evaluate educational programs to meet regulatory requirements.
• Design and implement continuing professional education activities for staff.
• Collaborate with consultants on special projects in professional education.
• Communicate and market education programs to a broad audience.
• Make recommendations for cost/quality strategies and serve as a resource for staff.
• Develop and improve orientation and competency processes for clinical staff.
• Evaluate performance issues and develop remediation strategies.
• Respond to changes in clinical practice and provide necessary training.
• Participate in leadership projects, meetings, and improvement activities.
• Ensure compliance and documentation of organizational records.
