Job summary

Sentara Obici Hospital in Suffolk, VA seeks an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for the Intensive Care Unit. You will deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in a high-acuity 18-bed ICU and participate in a Magnet-recognized environment.

Full-time days, 7a-7p, with a up to $15,000 sign-on bonus for qualified applicants. Growth opportunities and strong leadership support are highlighted throughout the hospital.

Qualifications

• RN license or compact license required.
• BSN preferred; MSN considered an asset.
• ACLS and BLS certifications within specified timelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care in ICU using nursing process.
• Monitor patient status and respond to changes promptly.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and support teams.
• Document assessments, plans, interventions and outcomes accurately.
